Great DJs are part musician, part performer. Our DJ classes in Delhi teach you beatmatching, phrasing and mixing on professional equipment.

You will learn to build sets, read a crowd and perform live, alongside music production fundamentals that help you create your own edits and tracks.

From your first lesson to Grade 8 and beyond

At our CR Park, South Delhi school we teach DJ performance on controllers and CDJs, across house, techno, hip-hop and Bollywood. Every Delhi student follows a mapped journey with regular assessments and a Student Progress Report, so parents and learners always know the next step.

What is the right age to start DJ classes in Delhi?

We start dj from age 12. Younger children begin with our K-12 Programme. Adults are welcome at every level, including complete beginners.

How long does it take to learn to DJ?

Most beginners play simple pieces within their first two months of weekly lessons and regular practice. A first grade exam usually takes 6 to 12 months, depending on age, practice and the lesson plan.

Do I need my own instrument?

Instruments are available at the school for your lessons. For practice at home you will want your own, and your teacher will help you choose one. Prism students also get two practice sessions at the school for every class paid.

Can I take DJ classes online?

Yes. You can learn at the school, online, or a mix of both, and switch between them.

What are the fees for dj classes in Delhi?

Can adults and complete beginners learn DJ?

Yes. Adults and complete beginners are welcome at our CR Park school. You start at the right level for you, move at your own pace, and graded exams are optional.

How long is each class, and is it one-to-one or group?

Classes are 45 minutes, one or two a week, one-to-one or in a small group. Children under 11 in Basics of Music take two lessons a week.

DJ lessons at our Delhi school

You’ll find our Delhi school at B-309, CR Park Main Road, Pocket 40/203, Block B, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi 110019. It has been teaching in CR Park since April 2023. It is an easy trip from Chittaranjan Park, Nehru Enclave, Greater Kailash Enclave, Masjid Moth, Greater Kailash II.

The same school also teaches guitar, drums, saxophone, singing, piano, Hindustani vocals and more. Many students add a second course once they are settled.
