Hindustani Vocal Classes In Gurgaon
Sur and Taal will be your new best friends with our Indian Classical courses.

Hindustani classical music is one of the world's great traditions, and learning it builds a lifelong ear for melody and rhythm. Our Indian classical music classes in Gurgaon are open to children from three and to adults.
Lessons begin with swar, alankar and taal, and grow into raga, bandish and improvisation, taught one-to-one or in small groups, at the school or online. Students can prepare for recognised Indian classical examinations.
Hindustani vocal classes at our Sector 38 school in Gurugram teach Indian classical singing the traditional way: sur and swar, alankars and paltas with the tanpura, then ragas, bandishes and the khayal form, alongside bhajans and semi-classical songs. The class suits complete beginners as well as singers who want to strengthen their foundations, from children to adults.
Our Gurgaon Hindustani vocal students prepare for graded exams with Prayag Sangit Samiti, Gandharva Mahavidyalaya and Prachin Kala Kendra when they are ready. Practise between lessons with the free online tanpura and taal player in Prism Music Lab, and perform at Prism recitals. Classes run on weekends and Wednesday to Friday evenings, and the first demo is free.
