The ukulele is small, bright and wonderfully easy to start. Our ukulele classes in Gurgaon have children and adults strumming real songs within weeks.

Lessons cover chords, strumming patterns, fingerpicking and singing along, and make a great first step before guitar. Students perform at recitals and monthly Jam'In sessions.

What is the right age to start ukulele classes in Gurgaon?

We start ukulele from age 4. Adults are welcome at every level, including complete beginners.

How long does it take to learn ukulele?

Most beginners play simple pieces within their first two months of weekly lessons and regular practice. A first grade exam usually takes 6 to 12 months, depending on age, practice and the lesson plan.

Do I need my own instrument?

Instruments are available at the school for your lessons. For practice at home you will want your own, and your teacher will help you choose one. Prism students also get two practice sessions at the school for every class paid.

Can I take ukulele classes online?

Yes. You can learn at the school, online, or a mix of both, and switch between them.

What are the fees for ukulele classes in Gurgaon?

Can adults and complete beginners learn ukulele?

Yes. Adults and complete beginners are welcome at our Sector 38 school. You start at the right level for you, move at your own pace, and graded exams are optional.

How long is each class, and is it one-to-one or group?

Classes are 45 minutes, one or two a week, one-to-one or in a small group. Children under 11 in Basics of Music take two lessons a week.

Which exams can I take in ukulele?

We prepare students for Graded pathways available when ready, when they are ready. Exams are optional, and your teacher will tell you when you are ready for your first grade.

Is the ukulele a good first instrument for kids?

Yes. Four soft nylon strings and a small body make it easy for small hands, and early wins keep children motivated. Many move on to guitar later.
